As an artist, I’m inspired and influenced by nature, people and my life experiences. No place or person is
the same and new experiences develop all the time. Because of this, I like to be varied with the media and materials I use to capture the subject matter as I see it. Sometimes I paint realistically to be factual and informative and sometimes I may wish to work more expressively to exaggerate a certain emotion I
feel towards a subject. I think it is important to be varied, so I can develop as an artist.
